   What drew me to coach Raymond is that he successfully used the skills he got from superlearner course to change careers and free up more time for his family while still adequately being able to provide for his household.    Before I began working with Jeff I had completed the Udemy courses but was not applying the techniques in the games and my work. He gave me simple weekly tasks, kept me accountable and gave feedback. Jeff gave me practical tips and advice but the biggest factor was how he helped me connect it to my work.

   It's a journey but now i feel I am on the right track. I am able to ace the random words and random images 20 games (I never did that before even though I tried many times and the maximum I could get to was 12 or 13). I am trying to be more visual even with my work and reading which is helping me get better. And… my latest IELTS listening and reading mock test scores are 7.5 – 8.5 range 🙂

   I have worked with Jeffrey Mesina for the last few months, and I would like to give some praise to him and his coaching methods. I started to work with Jeffrey quite soon after I purchased the SuperLearner Masterclass, so he has been with me since the beginning of my superlearning journey. I can see a huge difference when working with him, or if I would just do this on my own. If I would just try to learn all the techniques on my own, I think I would have given up a long time ago. The Superlearning techniques can be pretty hard ( in my opinion at least) and working with a coach as good as Jeffrey has not only helped me on my journey to learn techniques, but has been crucial for my learning. I wouldn´t be here without Jeffrey´s help and loving guidance. And where exactly am I with my superlearning journey? I am still quite new in this superlearning community, and I haven't walked this superlearning journey far yet, so I don´t have raving experiences on how I was able to read a book like in x amount of time, or anything similar. I am learning how to create markers and recall them from the academic text that I need to read. These marker creations and recalling them have come from Jeffrey´s guidance. I am getting better and better with my marker creations, thanks to Jeffrey. He is the perfect coach ( at least to me) to guide me forward. His coaching style is encouraging and supporting- which I love. He always gets me, for example, when I sometimes complain about some challenge that I´ve faced, and he is right to the point with his advice on how to overcome the challenge. He is very knowledgeable about memory techniques, and knows how to guide me forward perfectly.He is holding me accountable for that I really do the work that needs to be done in order to master these techniques- another thing that I love.  I am honestly glad that I have chosen him to be my coach, and I will continue to be his client for a very long time! If I imagine that I would try to tackle all the obstacles of superlearning by myself, I absolutely couldn't do it. For me, having an amazing coach, like Jeffrey, is just a necessity. So, thank you Jeffrey for your guidance and support along my journey, I am so glad that you are my coach!

   Excellent coach! Erica really helped me to understand the material and gave me lots of useful tips and pointers along the way. Structure is something that I really struggled with when trying to learn the material myself, but Erica was able to lay the information out in an easy way to follow and understand, breaking down tasks into manageable and understandable chunks. She was able to guide me through the entire process, supporting me and providing me with additional advice and activities as required. Erica really helped me to better understand the material and why doing the exercises contributed to the bigger picture of superlearning. It helped me to overcome my primary challenges by providing me with information on why and how to train key elements that I was unaware that were preventing me from completing the course on my own; such as creativity. I was provided with an action plan of daily tasks and support to help me to overcome this.

   1. I did 8 weeks of coaching for 30 mins every week with Dr. Erica Appelros. Prior to getting a coach, I struggled with grasping some concepts from the course.
   2. Erica is exceptional! Based on her guidance, I have transformed my studying process. She taught me the benefit of meditation, exercise, and proper progressive overload technique for speed reading. As a result, I practice daily meditation, and exercise 3-5 times a week, and apply memory techniques and speed reading techniques taught in the course.
   3. Regarding my struggles with understanding the course concepts, Erica was my savior. I had a lot of opportunities to ask frank questions and she always responded (usually within 12 hours) with explanations.
   4. Erica taught me the importance of Curiosity (apart from Creativity, which is covered in detail by Jonathan in the SuperLearner course). This helped me later while speed reading (while applying SQ3R).
   5. Spaced Repetition is so important! I never spent much time on recall and review. Working with a coach highlighted that flaw in my study process. In addition, I learned how to do spaced repetition properly with Collin’s system. So I ended up working with two coaches (i.e. Erica and Collin 😃)

   Erica is a great coach. I highly recommend her. I worked eight weeks with her and had a coaching session once a week.

   My first attempt to the superlearner course failed. I had trouble to understood the full idea of the content and how the exercises were related to the ability of speedreading. Erica helped me to understand all the missing parts I had not understood of the Superhuman methology. Erica explained the aspects clearly understandable and she was patient with all the questions I had.
   Um
   The daily tasks she prepared for me helped me very much to follow the learning process in managable steps. Reporting my daily work to her motivated me to do them even on days, I was tired. Withour her, I would not have worked as much and would definately have not made such a progress. After finishing the coaching pragramm I am able to practise on my own and experience step by step how I am getting better.

   Erica planned the programm according to my personal interests, my personality and the time I had available for the exercises. This individual approach made everything easier for me to learn and to enjoy the learning process. Erica provided me with further material according to my specific interests. These helped me to get an even deeper understanding of the content tought.

   I experinced Erica as a warmhearted person and I was always looking forward to meet here for our online-coaching sessions. She is easy to talk to, honest and clear on her feedback and always helping. I got the impression, that she has a deep understanding of the subject she is talking about.

   If you consider to work with Erica and book the Superlearner Course, I can assure you, that it`s worth it! I am very happy to work through this programm with Erica on my side. Only with her guidance I am now able to manage the further learning process on my own and to reach one day my goal to become a successfull speadreader.

   I wasn't sure about the value of a coach but what I was sure of was that I needed to interact with someone face to face (or virtually) about what I was learning and how I could best use the skills in my everyday life. My main goal in searching for a coach was someone to whom could help hold myself accountable and discuss parts of the program that I struggled with or even understood but wanted to talk through some of the processes with. After the first 15 mins with Elanor in the introductory session, I felt that she understood what it was I wanted to achieve and was really open to helping me reach my goals. I've had 2 full 1 hour sessions with Elanor now and I really look forward to them. She's easy to talk to, isn't at all pushy or directive and she's given me some really good insights in each section as we go through them. Well worth the investment and will be continuing the coaching program for another month or two because of these experiences.

   This was my first experience with coaching since high school, which was over 30 years ago. Over the last year I have tried several times to get through the SuperLearner program with no success. After 8 weekly 30 minute coaching sessions with Eleanor I am almost done with the program. With my new found memory skills I have memorized my license plate, library card, credit card, and phone numbers. My visualization skills have improved. My reading speed has not made a huge improvement yet, but my comprehension has skyrocketed. As I practice my new skills I expect my reading speed to increase.

   I can’t say enough about Elanor as a coach. Each week Elanor would help me set reasonable and stretch goals based on how much time I had to dedicate to the program. She provided encouragement, clarified concepts, and help me connect everything together. Elanor helped me to be patient with myself and to be realistic with my expectations. Using Trello, she set up a structure which made it easy for me to go thru my weekly tasks and get questions answered between our weekly coaching sessions.

   I highly recommend Elanor!

   I first discovered the Superlearner course back in 2016 and promptly signed up and powered through all the lessons, buying the book quickly afterwards. However, I didn't actually practice any of the skills and essentially became an “academic” on the subject. I tried following the updated version of the course, but with the same results (and for the same reason).

   When I got the opportunity to work with Rahel, everything changed. She provided all the elements that were missing from my previous efforts; accountability, first-hand experience and a well-structured framework to follow.

   Rahel pulled together a personalised list of daily tasks and exercises which led me through the course step-by-step and ensured that I was consistently practicing the ships I'd need to develop to speed-read and to follow the Superlearner methodology.

   She was incredibly flexible and was quick to update the schedule and practice focus when I reached some goals much quicker than anticipated.

   We spoke regularly and Rahel helped me to work through some of my sticking points and was able to give great examples of her own use of the skills, even walking me through one of her own memory palaces.

   Rahel was easy to talk to and she was very honest about the realities of the skills; they take work to build and maintain. She was open about the aspects of Superlearning which she found tricky and this filled me with confidence that Rahel was the real-deal as it was clear that she has a thorough understanding of the Superlearner methodology and uses it effectively in her daily life.

   I was lucky enough to read an advanced copy if the book “The Superhuman Playbook: 18 Proven Strategies to Unleash Unstoppable Growth” which Rachel co-authored with other experienced Superlearers.

   In the book she gives a great summary of the processes we should follow for effective learning, particularly focusing on how to integrate new learning with what we already know and also how to ensure we can effectively retain and recall the information. The guidance in the book was clearly developed from the feedback of thousands of learners and is a great resource for your Superlearning journey.

   If you're on the fence about working with Rahel, or any other Superhuman Academy coach, I can promise that it's worth it. The skills you'll develop and hone will serve as the foundation for a lifelong love of learning and the ability to learn and remember almost anything is indispensable in any career.

   I feel very privileged to have had Rahel as a coach and she is 100% the reason I was able to complete the course and to see a huge improvement in my memory.

   I'm currently 75% of the way to my speed reading goal and half-way to my comprehension goal. Thank you for all your support Rahel, I can't wait to let you know when I reach my final goals!

   I am always interested to learn new concepts and grow. I found the knowledge integration chapter written by Rahel very helpful as it guides how to be a fast learner by setting SMART goals and focusing on the information that I am interested in. It also provides easy and clear steps to retain new knowledge. I have read several books, but I remember little or none from all of my readings. I wish I knew this approach earlier. I can’t wait to apply this technique. Thank you Rahel for developing this content. This type of lesson should be integrated into school curriculum to help students learn fast starting at an early stage. No one thought me how I can be efficient and effective in my learning journey.    Rahel's chapter from the book “The Superhuman Playbook” (Chapter 11: Repetition, Active Recall, and Reflection for Knowledge Integration and Creation. Page 173) is a must-read! A well-structured writting summarizing well the recipes to a successful knowledge absorption and creation. I loved that I could relate to it in a personal and practical level from my own learning journey. I learnt alot from each techniques mentioned in the chapter and some of the statements spoke to me in a deep way like being able to maintain what you have learnt until it becomes your second nature and being able to release ourselves from past failures and fear of the future. Techniques like SMART goals, would be really useful even for activity planning.. the marker creation technique sounds like it does make life easy, memory-wise.. I actually started to use the spaced repetition in my own way when memorizing and repeating verses thanks to Rahel..Imagination though is still my favorite part: we can only have what we have imagined first. This is so powerful, real and it is a reminder to dream big! Hope I didn't spoil it all for the readers but this chapter was truely informative that I couldn't help but share how much it impacted me positively.

   During my superlearning journey, I faced many challenges due to lack of knowledge about enhancing the skills of superlearning and understanding the methodology of superlearning which eventually led me to a wrong path. Even though I was engaged with other superlearning students and actively search and use more additional resources to refine my skill, I was barely moving to the direction of becoming a superlearner and achieve my goals. My friend suggested me to try a coaching service. That’s when I came across Rahel. I got the best coaching service from her. As a result, the way I see superlearning and how I needed to improve all the crucial skills of superlearning is changed. That led me to the enhancement of my skill and faster progress towards my superlearner goal. Rahel showed me the right path to improve not only my learning speed but also my comprehension and retention capacity. She taught me about speed reading in a brief way that changed my perception about speed reading and the components of speed reading, which are the building blocks of speed reading. Now, I am unlearning the old habits and learning the new habits of superlearing. And I will succeed my long-term goals soon.    Coach Lorena will be honest to you and set your expectations. She gives additional materials for me to see if it works for me or not. She schedules things for me to do on a weekly basis, gives expectations on exercises, and answers questions that I might have. She will try to show you things where you improve on to encourage you. Which is all I could ask for a coach. The rest is up to you to put up the work. So if you think you get stuck at a lecture or want to learn faster, I recommend Lorena. Lorena helps me focus on things that she believes I need to focus on. She’s like an accountability partner that helps me work a little harder. And since she is experienced. Best part is there is someone with experience helping you improve yourself.

   Lorena is a wonderful coach. Her constant feedback and guidance has helped me a lot in removing some inhibitions that I had regarding learning. She always encourages me to apply the skills learned in my daily life like my research work which helped me test the techniques in the real world. The trello board is a great way for the accountability part. And the meetings with my mentor were also satisfying since I could clarify most of my doubts. This program is very good. I liked that it included many self improvement videos related to meditation and attention management. The videos on meditation have made me more active through the day, though that is not the focus of the course :). I have personally gained a lot because of meditation and I wouldn’t even have tried it had it not been part of the course. Also, in the Udemy course there is not much about memory palace, but Lorena introduced it pretty early, and I can attribute much of my success in marker generation and memory palace techniques to her constant encouragement and guidance. I also love her friendly nature and that made it even easier to discuss the roadblocks and issues that I faced while I was learning. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who has just started his journey into superlearning!

   I really liked how personal Dylan made the coaching. He understood that I might have my own way for going about learning things and during those times I didn’t listen to his directions, he politely and patiently recommended me the method in the course.
   He was also very responsive between sessions. What really helped was his assurance that I was on track when things seemed like it was making very little progress (after putting trust in him and the struggle I got to break through and make great progress). He also was very good at recommending me strategies and keeping me consistent and on track.
   I’ll be continuing on with Dylan to improve my skills even further. Thank you Dylan for all your work. I was assured what was the right track to use and the purpose of each exercise. I’d recommend Dylan to anyone taking this course.

   I worked with Dylan performing the Superhuman Academy experiment (8-week coaching program) in the summer of 2020. We met weekly and were in pretty much constant contact via comments, email, and text. He walked me through the course, first setting concrete expectations (SMART goals), which really appealed to me because it gave me something to strive for, and metrics by which I could gauge my progress; and though they were quite lofty, I think I managed to get most of the way there, in only 8 weeks. As a person, Dylan was incredibly empathetic, understanding, kind, and patient. If I had trouble committing to a course of work one week, he was ready with recommendations about how I could better tackle the work, or we could reduce it if it was getting to feel like too much. Even though he was very busy with other items, I never felt like an afterthought. He was ready with links to additional resources, recommendations for productivity and motivation hacks, information about how progressing in meditation can feel, and so on. His course was designed in such a way as to kind of “warm up” certain lesser-used aspects of learning, starting with creativity and mindfulness, moving into visualization, and eventually getting into memory palace exercises and study habits. Before the course ended, he made sure to give me recommendations for moving forward to keep learning and improving. He also walked me through the types of progressions that he’s usually seen – such as completing some of the exercises in 10 minutes, then 9:30, then suddenly 6 minutes. I was skeptical, but my experiences did mirror that as well. As a result of working together with Dylan, my reading speed for non-fiction has more than doubled, and my retention went from ~40% to nearly 75%. I’m incredibly satisfied with the results I’ve obtained, and continue to use the skills (intentionally; they’re still not second nature, if they ever will be) to help me more quickly and easily do my job, research personal interests, and more easily catch up on my reading list. On a professional level, Dylan is reliable, responsive, and supportive. If I sent him a question I would get a response the next morning at the very latest, and it would be one that rarely needed to be further explained. I cannot recommend Dylan’s coaching services highly enough.

   Jan was very helpful with all aspects of the course. He always made sure my homework was up to date and relevant to what i was studying, and provided guidance on all the exercises and tips/techniques to get through whatever blockers I happened to have. Whenever I slacked off he’d nudge me to stick to the program which is a big part of the reason I did the course. Overall a very positive and useful interaction. Many thanks Jan! Providing daily cards helped enormously in keeping focussed on only 2-3 exercises per day. left to my own devices i would probably have become overwhelmed and tried all of them, failed and then stopped.

   I highly recommend Jan! He’s a great and cool guy. He answers each and every question clearly and concisely. He also has a deep understanding of your needs – he knows the underlying issue/s of any problem that you have, in any aspect of the training. Although we tread on different professions, he showed a good understanding of the skills that I need to develop/improve on in order to excel in my field. If I were to describe him, he is a problem solver with a keen understanding of his trainee. My primary challenge was lack of feedback. In theory, the Superlearner course is great. However, I had a problem applying it to my practice material because I have no idea whether I was doing it right. Jan is a very cool and knowledgeable coach who answers my (barrage of) questions. Also, through coaching, the udemy course made more sense because the exercises done with Jan kind of shed light to the principles and concepts found in the Udemy course. Coaching really helped because I had a better (and less superficial) understanding of the activities done. I really love the visualization part because I feel like that is where I really stretched out my creativity. Marker generation became a LOT easier. The program is very structured and I like how unique it is and how it is backed up by research and science.

   I had procrastinated on the “become a superlearner course” for a long time, but decided to get my shit together. Andrea was recommended to me and we started right away.
   She first noticed that I had lost confidence in my memory, and we worked on that. I put in the work, the games made me feel confident again. 😉

   I had my next med. school exam and that’s when I noticed the impact of the exercises and the coaching experience. I got my confidence back and for the first time in five years, I did not panic during the exam.😎😎

   That was a very great personal milestone, that I personally thank Andrea for walking with me through gaining my confidence back. Words can not express how grateful I am, thanks for believing in me and showing me that I can If I want to.

   I 6X my reading speed (from 140 wpm _my former beeeest effort speed to now 700 (70% comp according to test results) wpm which I can top depending on the material) .

   I now use the SQ3R all the time.
   OTHER COOL SKILLS I GAINED:
   -watching videos at 3X speed well focused and 100% comprehension
   -Strange uses for multiple perspectives, alternative uses. For example: getting over a roadblock in my projects.
   -100 questions for my creative process.
   -Productivity hacks etc.

   When I purchased Super Learner I thought it would be great to speed read because I have got close to 150 books waiting to be read. I started through the lectures, put it on pause, and then started all over again months down the road. I had done this about 3 times when it was offered to me to get a coach. I was placed with Andrea and she helped me to make it throughout the whole program. When I started I read around 250 wpm. Now I read close to 650 with 75% comprehension in just a few months.
   Having a good coach to be accountable make all the difference. In the areas I struggled with she was able to offer solutions to help and she encouraged me to stay with the program. I don’t think I would have ever finished the program, and if I did, wouldn’t be reading as fast without Andrea’s help. It was enjoyable working with her and if given the choice again I would once more work with her. Thank you Andrea for all your help.
